Above: Here is just one example of how this plays out in real life. The Creekside Church AWANA Club designated Wednesday, January 05, 2022 as  "Urbandale Food Pantry Night." These young people contributed two grocery carts of food to help feed the hungry right here in the Des Moines area. Isn't that a good example for all of us? Together we can eliminate hunger in our community.

And if you spend yourselves on behalf of the hungry and satisfy the the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.  (NIV) (Isaiah 58: 10)
